As we patiently wait for the first cheese, it's time to embark on your acid coagulated cheese journey. Then, we circle back to put the final touches on your rennet cheese. To celebrate your cheesemaking triumphs, we wrap up with a sample of some delicious homemade cheese. You'll go home with more than just fond memories.
